We offer worldwide shipping. All shipping rates are based on weight & where you are located. International shipments may be subject to pay duties and taxes by the customer, which is out of our control.
Order Processing
Please allow 2-8 days for your order to be processed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2-8 business days to arrive once shipped for Australian orders and an additional 12-16 days for international orders.* We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please open an investigation with the carrier. We will not replace any packages. Exchanges & Returns
Due to the limited nature of our releases, we only offer returns on faulty items. Exchanges are only accepted if the item you received is faulty, or not what was expected. We will endeavour to help with size changes where possible, but due to the limited nature of our releases we cannot guarantee this. We do not accept exchanges on products that are not in original condition, with the tags on. We do not accept exchanges on products that are sold out.
We do not offer exchanges or returns based on sizing errors. If the product is not sold out, then we will always try to help with an exchange. Exchanges can only be processed if the product is in stock in the size you are after.
If you were sent the wrong item or if the product is defective, please email hello@voleurdetemps.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
If you’re receiving a refund, please allow up to 7 business days for the money to re-enter your account.
We do not cover the shipping costs of any refund/exchange/return.
